How do I choose between roof repair and roof replacement?
Repair a defined defect on a roof that still has life. Replace a covering that is failing across the field, hiding a rotten deck, or already covered by a second worn layer. The repair and replacement pages list the signs. A visit confirms which list you are on.
Why will you not publish a price per square?
Pitch, layers, deck, flashings, and access change the number more than the shingle name does. A published average would be a guess. The estimate is where the figure is tied to your roof.
What is included in a roofing estimate?
A look at the roof and a conversation about scope. It is not a signed contract. Say whether you need a written condition report for a sale or a price for a defined repair.
Do you handle both leaks and full reroofs?
Yes. Active or unclear leaks start at roof leak repair. A roof that is simply used up starts at replacement. They are different appointments.

Which low-slope system do you install?
The one that fits the building after the existing roof is identified. TPO has its own page. Other flat systems are covered under flat roofing. Coating is only for a compatible dry roof.
Do you work on metal, tile, and asphalt?
Yes. Each has a page because the failure modes differ. Do not expect a shingle repair method on a standing-seam roof or a tile roof.
Are the photos real projects of this company?
They are illustrative photographs of roof conditions and details. They are not labeled with client names or streets. See our work.
