The site and the work are different

The pages describe how roofing services are scoped. They are information. A roofing project begins only when you and FBPMU agree to a written scope and price. An estimate, a phone call, or a form submission is not that agreement. The website is not a binding scope of work. Credentials

FBPMU is the business named on this site and uses FBPMU Roofing as the roofing brand. The pages do not display a license number, an insurance limit, or years in business. Do not treat a badge that is not on the site as implied.

Service availability

Services are subject to availability, project location, site conditions, and agreed scope. Emergency roofing is offered as a service, but emergency roofing availability is not guaranteed, and the website does not promise a specific response or arrival time.

Estimates and site conditions

Any price discussed after a look is based on what could be seen. Hidden deck damage, wet insulation, or extra layers can change the work. A change should be written before the extra work proceeds, except where immediate make-safe work was requested to stop active water. Emergency drying-in is temporary. It is not the finished roof unless the written scope says so.

Insurance and third parties

Notes about storm or hail damage describe the roof. They do not assign coverage, and they are not an insurance claim. Manufacturers, adjusters, and other contractors are responsible for their own statements. We do not promise a warranty term on this website. Any warranty that applies to labor or material will be the one written in the agreement or the product documents supplied for that job, not a sentence in a service page.

Intellectual property

Website text, branding, graphics, and other original site content are owned by FBPMU or used with permission, as applicable, and may not be reproduced or represented as another business’s content without authorization. Photographs on the site illustrate roof conditions and details. This page does not claim that FBPMU owns third-party stock or illustrative images whose rights have not been separately confirmed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or send unlawful content. Do not copy the pages and present them as another contractor’s terms. The content is published for FBPMU Roofing at https://fbpmu.com.

Third-party websites and resources may have their own terms and policies, and FBPMU is not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation

Information on the site is general. Roof conditions differ. These pages tell you not to climb a roof. To the extent allowed by law in Colorado, FBPMU is not liable for decisions made solely from reading the site without a site visit. Nothing here waives a right that cannot legally be waived.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Photos and marks on the site

Photographs illustrate roof conditions and details. They are not a warranty that your roof will look like the picture, and they are not labeled as completed FBPMU Roofing client projects.

FBPMU may update these Terms from time to time. The effective or updated date shown on the page identifies the current version.
